ROSALIE DALLONG-GALICINAO v. ATTY. VIRGIL R. CASTRO

FACTS:

Atty. Rosalie Dallong-Galicinao, the Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, filed a Complaint-Affidavit against Atty. Virgil R. Castro for Unprofessional Conduct.
