FACTS:
The respondent in this case was found to have made inaccurate representations, which constituted an act of dishonesty that violated the Lawyer's Oath, as well as specific provisions under the Code of Professional Responsibility. Moreover, the respondent failed to comply with orders and notices from the Commission on Bar Discipline and had previously been sanctioned by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Due to the gravity of the respondent's offenses and his repeated acts of misconduct, the Court agreed with the recommendation of the IBP-CBD and the IBP Board of Governors to disbar the respondent and remove his name from the Roll of Attorneys. The respondent's misconduct was deemed to reflect a lack of moral character and fitness to practice law, and his dishonesty was seen as undermining the integrity of the legal profession. As a result, administrative discipline was considered necessary in this case.
