Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Villaba, Province of Leyte, are hereby converted into barrios, of said municipality, to wit:

1. Sitio Tabunoc, to be known as Barrio Tabunoc;
   
2. Sitio Hibulangan, to be known as Barrio Hibulangan;
   
3. Sitio Camporog, to be known as Barrio Camporog;
   
4. Sitio Payao, to be known as Barrio Payao;
   
5. Sitio Cabungahan, to be known as Barrio Cabungahan;
   
6. Sitio Tinghob, to be known as Barrio Tinghob;
   
7. Sitio Catagbacan, to be known as Barrio Gatagbacan;
   
8. Sitio Halas, to be known as Barrio Halas;
   
9. Sitio Fatima, to be known as Barrio Fatima;
   
10. Sitio Iligay, to be known as Barrio Iligay;
    
11. Sitio Baga-Buga to be known as Barrio Baga-Buga;
    
12. Sitio Capinyahan, to be known as Barrio Capinyahan;
    
13. Sitio Poblacion Norte, to be known as Barrio Poblacion Norte; and
    
14. Sitio Poblaeion Sur, to be known as Barrio Poblacion Sur.
    

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
