[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1946, June 22, 1957 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CAMARINES NORTE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LABO, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. A national agricultural school, to be known as the Camarines Norte Agricultural School, shall be established in the Municipality of Labo, Province of Camarines Norte. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools and subject to the provisions of the School Law. Courses of secondary level shall be offered in the said school.
SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the said school for its establishment and during its first year of operation. Thereafter, the necessary funds for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
