[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6290, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LIVESTOCK BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLASIS, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a livestock breeding station in the Municipality of Villasis, Province of Pangasinan, which shall cover the Municipalities of Villasis, Alcala, Bautista, Santo Tomas, Urdaneta, Asingan, and Rosales, Province of Pangasinan, and the Municipality of San Manuel, Province of Tarlac.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of such station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the said station shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
