[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6328, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARCELA, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, one emergency hospital in the Municipality of Santa Marcela, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as the Flora-Santa Marcela Emergency Hospital.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment operation and maintenance of said emergency hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one: Provided, That no portion of the appropriation shall be transferred.  Such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
