[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6329, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALBIGA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CALBIGA EMERGENCY HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Calbiga, Province of Samar to be known as the Calbiga Emergency Hospital.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said Hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-one.  Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
