AN ACT PROVIDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL JUDGE FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section twenty-five hundred and sixty-two of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 2562. The Municipal Court.—There shall be a Municipal Court for the City of Baguio, for which two judges shall be appointed. In case of absence, sickness or incapacity of any of the judges of the Municipal Court, the secretary of Justice may designate any assistant attorney the Department of Justice or provincial fiscal to act as Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Baguio, with all the powers of the regular judge of said Court; but such acting judge shall not receive any additional compensation during the time he is acting as judge."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
