[ PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 139, March 02, 1973 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE PROPERTIES TRANSFERRED TO THE LAND BANK UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6390 CERTAIN PARCELS THEREOF OCCUPIED BY THE CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE OF MANILA
By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as
Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and
pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, and General
Order No. 1, dated September 22, 1972, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS,
President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the provisions of
Section 9 of Republic Act No. 6390 transferring certain government
properties of the private domain to the Land Bank, and reserve the same
for the use of the City of Manila, which parcels of land are commonly
known as follows:
- Lot No. 6, Block No. 939
- Lot No. 5, Block No. 936
- Lot No. 43-C-1, PSD-28694
- Lot No. 43-2, PSD-28694
containing a total area of thirty-one thousand, two hundred eighty-four square meters (31,284), more or less, situated in Nagtahan, Sta. Mesa, Manila.
This Decree is hereby made a part of the law of the land and shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.
