AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE TO THE 45th NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES' ALUMNI HOMECOMING
The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) will celebrate its 45th Alumni Homecoming on 15 August 2008.
The homecoming event was organized with the end view of gathering all the members of the NDCP Alumni Association Inc. (NDCPAAI) and all the graduates of the Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) program of the NDCP. This homecoming is designed to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of NDCP alumni, as well as provide a venue for information sharing and productive interactions on relevant and strategic issues confronting the country.
In this regard, all heads of government agencies, departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned and/or controlled corporations (GOCCs) and their subsidiaries/units, and state universities and colleges (SUCs) may authorize their respective personnel, who are NDCPAAI members and MNSA graduates to attend and participate, on official time, in the 45th NDCP Alumni Homecoming which will be held on said date at the Club Filipino, San Juan City. Expenses are allowed at prescribed rates in accordance with current COA, CSC, and DBM policies, chargeable against the funds of the sending agencies/offices, and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
