AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF KADINGILAN IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The barrios of Kadingilan, Pay-as, Bagor, San Andres (Kidalog), Mabuhay (Pidlangaban), Cabadiangan, Matampay, Kibalagon, Husayan, Salvaclon, Ma-linao, Baroy, New Sibunga, Balaoro, Macati-ac, and Pina-manguhan in the Municipality of Kibawe, Province of Bukidnon, are separated from said municipality, and constituted into a distinct and independent municipality, to be known as the Municipality of Kadingilan, same province. The seat of government of the new municipality shall be in the present site of Barrio Kadingilan.
The Municipality of Kadingilan shall be bounded as follows:
SEC. 2. The new municipality shall acquire corporate existence upon the election and qualification of the first mayor, vice-mayor and councilors who shall be elected in the next general election for local officials.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

From point marked 1 on Plan, Municipality of Kadingilan, Bukidnon, at longitude 124º 56' 30" E. latitude 7º 38' 54" N. West bank of Mulita river; thence following through downstream of said Mulita river to Lagasan creek-Mulita river junction latitude 7º 30' 37" N. longitude 124º 54' 45" E. point 2; equivalent to corner 1 of proposed Municipality of Damulog; thence the said boundary line follows through downstream of said Mulita river to Nigan creek-Mulita river junction latitude 7º 26' 14" N. longitude 124º 57' 25" E. point 3; thence it follows through upper stream of said Nigan creek to Marak-Nigan creeks junction, latitude 7º 27' 05" N. longitude 124º 50' 34" E. more or less point 4; thence following through upper stream of said Marak creek to its headwaters at a certain ridge longitude 124º 50' 08" E. latitude 7º 29' 15" N. more or less point 5; thence N. 50º 00' 00" W. distance 2,950 meters more or less junction Matibugao-Taliguba creeks at longitude 124º 49' 07" E. latitude 7º 30' 07" N. point 6; thence the said boundary line follows through downstream of said Taliguba creek to Maradugao river-Taliguba creek junction longitude 124º 47' 20" E. latitude 7º 29' 10" N. point 7; thence the said boundary line follows through the upper stream of said Maradugao river in northeasterly direction to Kidanguin-Mara-dugao rivers junction, latitude 7º 33' 30" N. longitude 124º 49' 36" E. point 8; thence it follows through upper stream of said Kidanguin river to Ini-wan creek Kidanguin river junction point 9; thence following through uppei'stream of Kidanguin river to latitude 7º 35' 14" N. longitude 124º 51' 37" E. junction Kidanguin-Anapuan rivers point 10; thence following through upperstream of Anapuan river to latitude 7º 38' 06" N. longitude 124º 51' 50" E. east bank of Anapuan river point 11, thence due east straight line to longitude 124º 54' 57" E. top of certain hill at Bocboc Marsh distance 5,670 meters more or less point 12; thence following the same direction, distance 2,700 meter to the point of beginning.
SEC. 2. The new municipality shall acquire corporate existence upon the election and qualification of the first mayor, vice-mayor and councilors who shall be elected in the next general election for local officials.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
