Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1384 dated February 12, 1975, which reserved a parcel of land for capital site purposes of Kidapawan, North Cotabato, by granting ownership thereof in favor of the Provincial Government of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Nazareth on December 22-24, 27-30, 1976, January 3-4, 1977 and was approved by the OIC-Regional Director, Bureau of Lands, Region XII on June 20, 1977.
