AN ACT CREATING BARANGAY JUNCARLO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANDRES, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON.
SECTION 1. The sitios of Soong, Green Valley, Camburukay, Dago-ok, Tilalay, Fronda and Juncarlo, all from Barangay Pag-alad, of the Municipality of San Andres, Province of Romblon, are separated from said barangay and constituted into a distinct and independent barangay to be known as Barangay Juncarlo.
SEC. 2. The Barangay Juncarlo shall be bounded as follows:
Beginning at point marked 1 of Barangay Juncarlo, Municipal Government of San Andres, Romblon, being N— 40—51 E, 4954.30' M from BLLM No. 1, San Andres Subdivision PLS 874 hence:

All points marked on the ground by old B. L. Cyl. Concrete monuments. Bounded on the east, along lines 1, 2, and 3 by Barangay Marigondon Norte; on the east and south, along lines 3, 4, 5, and 6 by Barangay Pag-alad; along lines 10, 11 and 12 by Barangay Calunacon; on the west and north, along lines 12, 13, and 14 by Barangay Linawan, and on the north and east along lines 14 and 15 by Barangay Marigondon Norte.
SEC. 3. After ratification of the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite to be conducted in the area affected within a period of ninety days after the approval of this Act, the President of the Philippines shall appoint the officials of the new barangay. Said officials shall hold office until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified.
SEC. 4. The barangay herein created shall begin to exist upon appointment and qualification of its officers.
SEC. 5. The Commission on Elections shall conduct and supervise the holding of the plebiscite and the expenses for such plebiscite shall be charged to the appropriations of the Commission on Elections for said purpose.
SEC. 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
