In order to clarify the scope and intent of Letter of Instructions No, 757, and to enable the mining claim-owners and/or mining operators to continue their mining activities on the area covered thereby, you are hereby directed:

1. To resume processing of existing mining claims embracing areas described in Letter of Instructions No. 757; and
2. To allow claimholders, mining operators, permittees and lessees to resume their mining operations on their said mining areas provided that the development of uranium and/or any nuclear fuel mineral deposits that may be found therein shall be governed by the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1101.
