AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE UNITED STATES HIGH COMMISSIONER TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS TO OCCUPY TEMPORARILY THE MANSION HOUSE, AT BAGUIO, PHILIPPINE ISLANDS AS HIS RESIDENCE AND OFFICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Upon the inauguration of the Commonwealth of the Philippine Islands, the United States High Commissioner to the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippine Islands is hereby authorized and permitted to occupy temporarily the Mansion House at Baguio as a residence and office until a permanent residence and office shall have been provided and established for his use by the United States Government, notwithstanding the provisions of any existing law to the contrary.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

SECTION 1.
