[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9363, November 30, 2006 ]
AN ACT GRANTING FILIPINO CITIZENSHIP TO MR. CHARLES WILLIAM MOSSER, WITH ALL THE RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES AND PREROGATIVES APPURTENANT THERETO
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby granted a special recognition to Mr. Charles William Mosser for his long and outstanding service to the Filipino people through his involvement in development and socio-civic projects in the country, proving hinself more than worthy to be a Filipino.
SEC. 2. The Republic of the Philippines will be considered the permanent place of abode of Mr. Charles William Mosser to which he shall forever owe and pledge allegiance and loyalty.
SEC. 3. Philippine citizenship is hereby granted to Mr. Charles William Mosser, with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon approval.

This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 643 and Senate Bill No. 1978 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 11, 2006 and July 25, 2006, respectively.
