DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY
WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 2, 2008, marks the 145th Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 2, 2008 as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
