[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6634, October 23, 1972 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision and control of the Bureau of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan del Norte.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.  Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
