Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. Plaza Calderon de la Barca and the San Fernando bridge, both located in Binondo, Manila, are hereby renamed Plaza Lorenzo Ruiz and Lorenzo Ruiz Bridge, respectively, in honor of Lorenzo Ruiz, the Filipino proto-martyr.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
