[ Act No. 1299, February 10, 1905 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARACELI, PROVINCE OF PARAGUA, AS A BARRIO OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRICESA, PROVINCE OF PARAGUA.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. The territory of the present municipality of Araceli, in the Province of Paragua, is hereby incorporated as a barrio of the municipality of Puerto Princesa in the same province.
SEC. 2. The existing organization of the municipality of Araceli is hereby abolished and all offices existing by virtue of the present organization of such municipality are hereby declared vacant and such offices are abolished.
SEC. 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
