[ Act No. 1269, November 22, 1904 ]
AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE PROVINCIAL SECRETARY OF SAID PROVINCE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. The provincial governor of the Province of Antique is hereby authorized and directed to perform the duties of provincial secretary of said province, without additional compensation, and all official acts of the present provincial governor while heretofore acting in the capacity of provincial secretary are hereby validated.
SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
