Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5 Road) corner Eastwood Avenue, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City, which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain with an area of Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three and 33/100 (3,333.33) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
