[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6605, October 23, 1972 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE NUEVA ERA BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NUEVA ERA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE TO A STOCK FARM AND BREEDING STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Nueva Era Breeding Station in the Municipality of Nueva Era, Province of Ilocos Norte is hereby converted to a stock farm and breeding station, to be known as Nueva Era Stock Farm and Breeding Station.
SEC. 2. The Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry shall issue such rules and regulations which may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion of said breeding station to a stock farm and breeding station.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
