Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Renaming of School. — The name of Lasam National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Lasam, Province of Cagayan is hereby changed to Lasam Institute of Technology.

SEC. 2. Repealing Clause. — All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SEC. 3. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval and after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
