[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6607, October 23, 1972 ]
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE DAMORTIS NATIONAL SEASHORE PARK SITUATED IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which shall be expended by the Director of Parks and Wildlife, for the development, maintenance and improvement of the Damortis National Seashore Park situated in the Province of La Union, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-three. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the further development, maintenance and improvement of the park shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
