AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAPAÑGAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitio of Sapangan in the barrio of Sampiro, Municipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas, is separated from said barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sapañgan. The barrio shall be bounded on the North by the Municipality of Rosario along the summit or the highest peak of the mountain of Matan-ag, Talon, and a portion of Sabutan Creek; on the East by Sabutan Creek; on the South by an imaginary straight line running from East to West beginning from the bank of Sabutan Creek passing through the center of a big duhat tree and a big tamarind tree located near the terminal of the finished Sampiro Road up to the bank of the Sampiro Creek on the West; and on the West by the Sampiro Creek.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
