[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6619, October 23, 1972 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BADIAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BADIAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Badian, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Badian Emergency Hospital.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
