[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5105, June 17, 1967 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING TADIAN NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TADIAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1.Tadian National Trade School in the Municipality of Tadian, Mountain Province, is hereby converted into a national school of arts and trades to be known as the Tadian School of Arts and Trades. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school during the school year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. In subsequent years, the necessary funds for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
