[ Act No. 1133, April 28, 1904 ]

AN ACT AMENDING ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR BY PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT BY THE INSULAR GOVERNMENT OF THE COST OF MEDICAL ATTENDANCE FOR FILIPINO STUDENTS APPOINTED UNDER SAID ACT.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. Section five of Act Numbered Eight hundred and fifty-four, entitled "An Act providing for the education of Filipino students in the United States and appropriating for such purpose the sum of seventy-two thousand dollars, in money of the United States," is hereby amended by adding after the words "per annum" in the third line oil said section the words "medical attendance."

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two oil "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
