[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7672, January 10, 1994 ]
AN ACT DECLARING JUNE EIGHTEEN OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Province of Benguet was created by virtue of Republic Act No. 4695 which was enacted into law on June 18, 1966.
SEC. 2. It is hereby declared that June Eighteen of every year be a nonworking public holiday in the Province of Benguet.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on January 10, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
