[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6773, November 29, 1989 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE CANDUAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CANDUAL, MUNICIPALITY OF PANAY, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, TO JUSTICE JOSE HONTIVEROS MEMORIAL SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Candual Elementary School in Barangay Candual, Municipality of Panay, Province of Capiz, shall hereafter be known as the Justice Jose Hontiveros Memorial School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 18, 1989 and September 15, 1989, respectively.
