[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6786, November 29, 1989 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE NATIONAL ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL AND REHABILITATION MEDICAL CENTER IN QUEZON CITY TO PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the National Orthopedic Hospital and Rehabilitation Medical Center in Quezon City is hereby changed to Philippine Orthopedic Center.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 8, 1989 and September 15, 1989, respectively.
