ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-ONE.
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, arc appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated as additional funds for the Armed Forces of the Philippines during the period from September first, nineteen hundred and fifty to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-one:
