[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3987, June 18, 1964 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF HOME INDUSTRIES IN THE BARRIO OF AMAYA, MUNICIPALITY TANZA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, TO BE KNOWN AS AMAYA SCHOOL OF HOME INDUSTRIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of home industries in the barrio of Amaya, Municipality of Tanza, Province of Cavite, to be known as Amaya School of Home Industries.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act."
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
