AN ACT CONVERTING THE RIZAL MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE P. RIZAL, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JOSE P. RIZAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The existing municipal high school in the Municipality of Jose P. Rizal, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Jose P. Rizal National High School, as separate and distinct from the Narra National High School, including the transfer of the properties thereby.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Rizal Municipal High School under Narra National High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
