AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DOLORES, MUNICIPALITY OF PINABACDAO, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE WEST COAST AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established an agricultural high school in Barangay Dolores, Municipality of Pinabacdao, Province of Samar, to be known as the West Coast Agricultural High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated from the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on November 20, 1989 and March 14, 1991, respectively.
