AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY MANGOGON, MUNICIPALITY OF LAGONOY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MANGOGON, LAGONOY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a municipal hospital in Barangay Mangogon, Municipality of Lagonoy, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Mangogon, Lagonoy Municipal Hospital.
SEC. 2. The Department of Health, in consultation and coordination with local government officials concerned, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following the enactment of this Act into Law. Thereafter, such funds necessary for its maintenance and operation shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on September 26, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
