AN ACT CONVERTING THE BANGAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY BANGAAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGADA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BANGAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Bangaan National High School Annex in Barangay Bangaan, Municipality of Sagada, Mountain Province, is hereby separated from the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, and converted into an independent national high school, to be known as the Bangaan National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School Annex in Bangaan, Sagada, Mountain Province. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
