[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6945, April 05, 1990 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE AMAI-PAKPAK GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MARAWI CITY TO AMAI-PAKPAK PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO ENSURE A MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Amai-Pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City is hereby changed to Amai-Pakpak Provincial Hospital.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 31, 1990 and October 13, 1989, respectively.
