[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3636, June 22, 1963 ]

AN ACT CREATING TWO POSITIONS OF LABOR INSPECTOR FOR THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.








Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There are hereby created two positions of labor inspector for the Province of Cagayan, one of them for the first representative district and the other for the second representative district, with a compensation of throe thousand six  hundred  pesos per annum each.

SEC. 2. No person shall he eligible for appointment as labor inspector for the Province of Cagayan unless he is a member of the Philippine Bar.

SEC. 3. The sum of seventy-two hundred pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the salary of the positions created under this Act.  Such sum as may be necessary for same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
