[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3630, June 22, 1963 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE AGUSAN TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES TO BE KNOWN AS THE NORTHERN MINDANAO NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Agusan Trade School in the Municipality of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan, is hereby converted into a national school of arts and trades to be known as the Northern Mindanao National School of Arts and Trades.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
SEC 3. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
