General Order No. 2 dated September 21, 1972, as amended by General Order Nos. 2-A, 2-B and 2-C, is hereby further amended to include the following provision:

"22.

Any person or persons who may have been known or found to have committed the crime of murder or homicide as defined in Articles 248 and 249, respectively, of the Revised Penal Code end reportedly harassing, intimidating or terrorizing the witnesses against them."
