Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives  of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The sum of twenty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended for the construction of an intermediate school in the municipality of Orion, Province of Bataan, as a memorial to Cayetano  S. Arellano.     

SEC. 2. The building to be constructed with said funds hall have on its facade, a bust or relief figure of Cayetano S. Arellano and such inscriptions in bronze or marble as may be approved in accordance with existing regulations. Provincial  

SEC. 3. In case this sum is not sufficient for the purpose above mentioned, the provincial board of Bataan and of municipal council Orion, in said province, may appropriate from their respective funds the sum necessary for the completion of the building: Provided, That in case neither the province nor the municipality have sufficient funds for this purpose,  voluntary contributions  may be solicited.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
