[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7803, September 01, 1994 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAY OF TACLOBO, CITY OF DUMAGUETE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TACLOBO HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in the Barangay of Taclobo, City of Dumaguete, Province of Negros Oriental, to be known as the Taclobo High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on September 1, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
