[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 825, August 14, 1952 ]
AN ACT TO CONVERT THE PROVINCIAL TRADE SCHOOL IN CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to convert, organize and maintain the Camarines Sur Trade School as a National School of Arts and Trades, of the type of the Philippine School of Arts and Trades, to be known as the Camarines Sur National School of Arts, and Trades.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos for its conversion, operation and maintenance during its first year is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any fund in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, the yearly appropriation for this School shall be included in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 3. Upon the approval of this Act the Province of Camarines Sur shall at once transfer to the National Government, free of charge, the present school site, buildings, machineries, hand-tools, books, materials, shop equipment, etc., belonging to the Camarines Sur Trade School.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
