[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7021, May 20, 1991 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN MARIANO, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN MARIANO HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay San Mariano, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as the San Mariano High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated from the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on November 23, 1989 and March 14, 1991, respectively.
