	The Chief of Staff Armed Forces of the Philippines

In line with the Government program on the development of moral values thru educational reform and, in order to give better future to the soldier after his retirement from the service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, I hereby order the establishment of a program of scholarship in the Armed Forces of the Philippines not only on the vocational and trade or skills levels but also for those who are qualified for college and the profession during and after service, under such terms and conditions and subject to such rules and regulations as may be enunciated and promulgated by that Ministry and Headquarters.

This instruction shall take effect immediately.

Done in Quezon City, this 10th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine.
