SUBJECT:	OVERSEAS ECONOMIC COOPERATION FUND OF JAPAN; EXERCISES

In the  implementation of the Tongonan Geothermal Power Project to be co-financed by Yen loan from the Overseas Economic  Cooperation Fund of Japan,  Gabriel Y. Itchon,  Deputy Minister of Energy and President of National Power Corporation, and Jose U. Jovellanos, Senior Vice President, national Power Corporation, are hereby designated as  the  Implementing Officer and Deputy Implementing Officer, respectively, for this specific project.

This  instruction is  an exception to Letter of Instruction No. 598.
