By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Letter of Instructions No. 1006 dated April 14, 1900, by directing and ordering that the Integrated Sports Complex therein provided shall be constructed on the Reclamation Area along Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

This Letter of Instructions shall take effect immediately.
