SUBJECT:	OVERSEAS ECONOMIC COOPERATION FUND OF JAPAN; EXCEPTIONS

In the implementation of the Butuan-Bislig-Manat Transmission Line, Mindanao Power Project to be co-financed by the Yen Loan from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, Gabriel Y. Itchon, Deputy Energy Minister and President, of National Power Corporation and Jose U. Jovellanos, Senior Vice President, National Power Corporation, are hereby designated as the Implementing Officer and Deputy Implementing Officer, respectively, for this specific project.

This instruction is an exception to Letter of Instruction No. 398.
